Holiday classes at Cleverness Art School are run as individual workshops.

Class duration can be 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours or longer.

Holiday workshops are age appropriate and are this holidays scheduled all as art activities.

Cleverness Art School also offer holiday workshops for age 5+, age 5-10 years, age 10+ which includes High School age students and workshops specifically for Adults.

The School Holiday timetable is typically released for bookings 3 weeks before the end of the term leading up to those holidays.

Holiday Workshop Information

Please read individual workshop info before booking your child or yourself into the holiday classes.

Each workshop is designed for certain age groups according to age appropriate skills and concentration span.

Some workshops will have multiple session options on the timetable giving you an alternative day if you are away for your favourite activity.

There will be classes offered in both weeks of the April Holidays 2024.

Young and Old (Chalk Pastel Drawing)

This class would have to be a crowd favourite. This class is designed for Mum, Dad, Aunty, Uncle or Grandparents to come along with their child/teen to draw together at Cleverness Art School. What a special moment.

This activity is paid for as a couple. Class is designed for children age 5 and up to attend with their adult. Class duration 1.5 hours.

Young and Old (Watercolour Painting)

This class would have to be a crowd favourite. This class is designed for Mum, Dad, Aunty, Uncle or Grandparents to come along with their child/teen to paint together at Cleverness Art School. What a special moment.

This activity is paid for as a couple. Class is designed for children age 5 and up to attend with their adult. Class duration 1.5 hours.

Class is designed for ADULTS to attend.

Class duration 2 hours 30 minutes.

Cost: $80 all materials supplied

All students will be guided through painting the same artwork

Acrylic Painting ADULT CLASS

Class is designed for ADULTS to attend.

Class duration 3 hours.

Tuesday 16th April, 2024 6.00pm – 9.00pm

Cost: $130 all materials supplied

Sunday 28th April, 2024 1.00pm – 4.00pm

Cost: $130 all materials supplied

All students will be guided through painting the same artwork

Palette Knife Painting ADULT CLASS

Class is designed for ADULTS to attend.

Class duration 4 hours.

Sunday 21st April, 2024 1.00pm – 5.00pm

Cost: $145

Includes: easels, palette knives and thickening paste, cheese platter, snacks, water and glasses.

Students may BYO drinks/alcohol and additional snacks if you wish. (Cheese platter/nibblies, water and glasses will be provided.)

This workshop requires the student to supply some of their materials for this class. These additional costs will depend on the size of the artwork/canvas and quality of paints chosen by the student. This workshop is not one where all student paint the same artwork.

Students to purchase prior to class:

• Acrylic paint tubes (tailored to your chosen artwork)
