Holiday classes at Cleverness Art School are run as individual workshops.
Class duration can be 1/2 and hour,1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours or longer.
Holiday workshops are age appropriate and are this holidays scheduled all as art activities.
Cleverness Art School also offer holiday workshops for age 5+ and this holidays I am offering 5-14 years classes (which includes High School age students) and workshops specifically for Adults.
The School Holiday timetable is typically released for bookings 3 weeks before the end of the term leading up to those holidays.
Holiday Workshop Information
Please read individual workshop info before booking your child or yourself into the holiday classes.
Each workshop is designed for certain age groups according to age appropriate skills and concentration span.
Some workshops will have multiple session options on the timetable giving you an alternative day if you are away for your favourite activity.
There will be classes offered in both weeks of the October Holidays 2024.
Young and Old (Chalk Pastel Drawing)limited to 8 couples per session
This class would have to be a crowd favourite. This class is designed for Mum, Dad, Aunty, Uncle or Grandparents to come along with their child/teen to draw together at Cleverness Art School. What a special moment.
This activity is paid for as a couple. Class is designed for children age 5 and up to attend with their adult. Class duration 1 hour.

Young and Old (Watercolour Painting)limited to 8 couples
This class would have to be a crowd favourite. This class is designed for Mum, Dad, Aunty, Uncle or Grandparents to come along with their child/teen to paint together at Cleverness Art School. What a special moment.
This activity is paid for as a couple. Class is designed for children age 5 and up to attend with their adult. Class duration 1 hour.

Tie Dye Tote Bag 5 -14 yearslimited to 10 spots
Class is designed for CHILDREN aged 5-14 years to attend.
Class duration 1 hour.
Wednesday 2 October, 2024 4.00pm – 5.00pm
Thursday 3 October, 2024 1.00pm – 2.00pm
Cost: $40 all materials supplied
All students will be guided through the process of tying rubber bands around their tote bag, selecting colours and applying the dye to their bag. Dyed bags will be send home to prove in a snap-lock bag overnight to be washed out after 24 hours.
Watercolour Painting Age 5 – 14 yearslimited to 15 spots
Class is designed for children age 5 – 14 years to attend. Class duration 1 hour.

COME AND TRY CLASSChalk Pastel Drawing Age Kindy – Year 2
limited to 10 spots
This class is designed for children to come and try a class that replicates what it is like to attend the weekly classes at Cleverness Art School. The duration is the same as the weekly classes per age group. Classes for this age group are available on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 3.45pm – 4.15pm. Classes are booked in a 5 week block during the school term. Topics change and a new booking is required after the 5 weeks for the 2nd half of the term.
Class is designed for children in Kindergarten – Year 2 to attend.
Class duration 30 minutes

COME AND TRY CLASSChalk Pastel Drawing Year 3 – Year 6
limited to 10 spots
This class is designed for children to come and try a class that replicates what it is like to attend the weekly classes at Cleverness Art School. Palette Knife Painting ADULT CLASSlimited to 8 spots
Class is designed for ADULTS to attend.
Class duration 4 hours.
Sunday 12 October, 2024 1.00pm – 5.00pm
Cost: $140
Includes: all materials
Students may BYO drinks/alcohol and additional snacks if you wish. (Cheese platter/nibblies, water and glasses will be provided.)
All students will be guided through painting the same artwork.
